HOME VISITS: Home Visits are available to patients of the practice,who,because of problems with mobility need the service.This includes visits to aged care facilities,private hospitals, and homes.If you require an emergency home visit please call the practice before 12 noon to discuss the options. TELEPHONE CALLS: Doctors are happy to talk to patients on the telephone,but cconsultations will not be interupted,except in an emergency.Secretaries will take your name and number and the doctor will return your call as soon as possible.PATIENT DETAILS: On your first visit:We need to see your Medicare or Veterans Card.We need to see any Pensioner,Seniors or Healthcare card details.We need to know your date of birth,name,contact telephone number and address.PRIVATE PATIENTS: All eligible Medicare Patients will be bulk billed.If you are not eligible for a Medicare or Department of Veterans Affairs Card you will need to pay in CASH.Standard consultation fees are $45.00 for 15-30 minutes.Pathology Collection Centre on Site.Medicare Australia APCC number 001051-005.
